Last year in London fashion designer Lizzy Australis sent me a link to a video that gave my life wonders! The video in question was Lovely Blood flow by Maps Directed by Alex Takacs and Joe Nankin. I was astounded by the video’s visual extravagance and I had an eyegasim! I liked what I saw and I wanted more! I Google Alex Takacs and Joe Nankin to see what other works they may have created and I came across M83’s We Own The Sky and Angela Mcklusk feat. Telepopmusik’s Handle With Grace. Both videos were slightly less amazing then lovely blood flow but equally beautiful to one another.

What I like best about Alex Takacs and Joe Nankin's work is the gravity free other worldly atmosphere their videos possess. Their impeccable music taste coupled with their ability to capture life’s simplistic natural beauty that people often miss is flawless! These two are serving inspiration on an entirely new scale BEST BEST BETTER THAN BETTER!
